CBM LogoCell Broadcast Message Solution [Beta Version] 

Beta Version Works with Message Class 1 only

MESSAGE CLASS 0 Vs 1:

Class 0: Indicates that this message is to be displayed on the Phone immediately and a message delivery report is to be sent back. The message does not have to be saved in the Phone or on the SIM card (unless selected to do so by the mobile user).
Class 1: Indicates that this message is to be stored in the Phone memory or the SIM card (depending on memory availability).
So in short if the broadcast messages pile up in the inbox then it will work.

PREREQUISITES:

1. .NET Compact framework 2
2. You must manually subscribe the channel (e.g. channel 50 for cityname - provider specific !) in the phone / connection settings of your phone.

CBM Screen Shot IMP NOTE:
1.Cell Broadcast has to be running in the background to work, so if u are using apps like HTC X button, etc be sure that it is running.
2.The application will prompt you to enter Cell Broadcast Title Text in the begining. Please check the 2nd screenshot and enter the highlighted text you get from your network there.
